Subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. To ensure your permit remains active, and you avoid any enforcement issues on the 1st, our system follows this schedule:
Your card is typically charged 2–3 days before the end of the month. This early window helps prevent a lapse in service.
If the first payment doesn't go through, the system will try again at midnight on the 1st of the month, using the primary card on file.
If the second attempt fails, a final attempt is made at midnight on the 3rd of the month.
Monthly Recurring Permit (Subscription) Cancellation
If your payment fails a third time, our system will automatically cancel your subscription to protect you from accumulating unpaid fees.
If your subscription is cancelled due to payment failure, you will need to log in to the app and re-subscribe manually to ensure your license plate remains valid for enforcement.
