If you’d like to cancel your monthly permit, log into the HONK Mobile app or the HONK website and follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu (☰) in the top left
- Tap 'Monthly Permits'
- Select your current active monthly permit
- Click on the option to cancel (it may look greyed out, but you can still click on it)
PLEASE NOTE: Deactivating your recurring monthly permit will not refund or cancel the current month's permit once it has been billed. Your recurring permit will remain active until the end of the month and will not be re-billed for future months.
We're sorry, but we can only offer refunds for monthly permits cancelled within the first 3 business days of the session start.
