Thinking about upgrading to a monthly spot? Here is the breakdown of how billing and timing work for our long-term parkers.
The Calendar Month Rule
In most cases, monthly parking is based on calendar months (from the 1st to the last day of the month).
Pro-rating: Generally, monthly rates are not pro-rated. If you purchase your permit on the 15th, you will likely pay the same rate as someone who started on the 1st, and your access will still end on the last day of that month.
Some operators do offer pro-rating and it will be reflected in the price at checkout.Check the Details: Your time is not automatically extended to compensate for a mid-month start unless specifically noted on the purchase page.
Recurring Subscriptions
If you are on a monthly recurring permit (subscription), the same logic applies. These payments are processed in full and are not eligible for partial refunds or pro-rated adjustments if you decide to stop parking halfway through the month.
Can I Cancel?
We understand that plans can change. Here is the general policy for long-term cancellations:
Most long-term sessions or subscriptions can be cancelled within the first 3 days of the session start date.
This grace period is subject to change and is not available at all locations. Some operators have a strict "no-cancellation" policy once the month has begun.
Mighty Tip: Always read the "Rate Details" before you hit buy! If a lot offers 30-day rolling access (meaning you get 30 days from the moment you pay) instead of a calendar month, it will be listed right there in the app.
