If you’d like to cancel your subscription, log into the HONK Mobile app or the HONK website and follow these steps:
- Tap the menu in the top left corner of the screen
- Tap 'SUBSCRIPTIONS'
- Select your current active subscription
- Click on the option to cancel (it may look greyed out, but you can still click on it)
PLEASE NOTE: Deactivating your subscription will not refund the current month's subscription once it has been billed. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the month and will not be re-billed for future months.
We're sorry, but we can only offer refunds for subscriptions canceled within the first 3 business days of the session start.
