Let’s get that payment info updated! Here’s how to refresh your card on file so your parking stays smooth and stress-free.
Please be sure you are logged into your HONK Account on either the HONK Mobile App or the HONK Website first: https://parking.honkmobile.com/login
- Tap on the Menu (☰) and go to 'PAYMENT' bubble
- Add a new card to your account
- Go back (<) to the Menu and choose 'Monthly Permits'
- On the relevant subscription then click the 'Change Payment Method' button
- Select the new card
- Confirm your card has changed
Credit card is the only method of payment that can be used for monthly recurring permits.
Debit or mobile wallets such as PayPal, Apple or Google pay are not accepted.
