We can't guarantee a parking spot, although one should be available. That's because HONK does not operate the parking lots we partner with to process payments.
It's not HONK enforcing and ensuring that there will be available spots - we don't even choose the inventory (how many spaces we can sell), if the operators send us the inventory and then we set it or they set it themselves.
For a refund, you would need to make the request through HONK up until 72 hours into your monthly purchase (basically by end of the 3rd day you would have had to send us an email to cancel).
