Below are the instructions on how to update the payment method on your monthly parking subscription.
Please be sure you are logged into your HONK Account on either the HONK Mobile App or the HONK Website first: https://parking.honkmobile.com/login
- Tap on the Menu (three lines in the top left corner of screen) and click on 'PAYMENT' Bubble
- Add a new card to your account
- Go back (<) to the Menu and go to 'SUBSCRIPTIONS'
- Select the relevant subscription and then click the 'Change Payment Method' button
- Select the new card
- Confirm your card has changed.
Credit card is the only method of payment that can be used for subscriptions. Debit or mobile wallets such as PayPal, Apple or Google pay are not accepted.
