Setting up a HONK account is quick, easy, and completely free. You can create your account using our mobile app or directly through our website.
Here is how to get started:
Option 1: Using the HONK Mobile App
If you park frequently, the app is the fastest way to pay on the go.
- Download the app for your device:
- Open the app and tap Sign Up.
- Choose your preferred sign-up method: you can easily link your account to your Apple ID or Google Account, or sign up manually using your Email address.
- Verify your account: To secure your account for payments, you will be prompted to enter your mobile phone number. We will then send you a verification code via text message. Simply enter this code when prompted.
- Once verified and logged in, open the side menu (tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner) to add your vehicle's license plate under Vehicles and your preferred credit card or payment method under Payment.
Option 2: Using the HONK Website
If you prefer to set things up on a computer, you can do it right from your browser.
- Go to the HONK website's sign-up page: Create a HONK Account
- Choose your preferred sign-up method: you can easily link your account to your Google Account, or sign up manually using your Email address.
- Verify your account: Just like on the app, you will be prompted to enter your mobile phone number. Enter the verification code sent to your phone via text message to secure your account for payments.
- Once verified and logged in, navigate to your profile settings to add your vehicle's license plate and your payment information.
That's it! Your account is now ready to use for your next parking session.
