When you login using your Apple ID, the HONK system blinds your email, so it's listed as random characters with @privaterelay.appleid.com at the end.
This is just a placeholder email, as your correspondence still goes to whichever email is associated on your Apple ID.
You can view the email associated with your Apple ID by following the directions below:
On Your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your Name at the top.
- Tap Sign-In & Security.
- Your Apple ID email and phone numbers will be listed at the top under "Email & Phone Numbers".
On Your Mac:
- Go to the Apple menu () and select System Settings (or System Preferences).
- Click your Name.
- Select Sign-In & Security to see your associated emails and phone numbers.
Using a Web Browser:
- Go to account.apple.com in any web browser.
- Enter any email addresses or phone numbers you think you use.
- If you don't remember, use the "Forgot Apple ID or password?" link, which can help you look it up.
Other Places to Check:
- App Store/Apple Services: Your Apple ID is often shown at the bottom of the App Store or other Apple apps.
- Apple Emails: Search your inbox for emails from Apple (receipts, support, etc.) as your primary ID may be in the body of the message.
