We are sorry to see you go! If you no longer need to use HONK to manage your parking, you can request to permanently delete your account and clear your personal data at any time.
The steps to close your account depend on how you typically access our system:
1. In the HONK Mobile App (Logged In)
If you currently have the iOS or Android app installed and can access your profile, you can delete it instantly yourself:
Tap the Menu icon (☰) in the top left corner of the screen.
Select the Account bubble at the top of the menu.
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of your account profile page.
Tap the red 'Delete Account' button and confirm your choice.
2. For Ski & Resort Users (Reserve 'N Ski) 🏂🏔️
Because our specialized ski resort portals (like Park Palisades or Park Kirkwood) use a centralized checkout system, your profile cannot be deleted directly from the mountain booking pages.
To remove your account, please head directly to the main HONK Web Login Portal.
Log in using your standard ski account credentials.
Navigate to your account settings profile and select Delete Account.
3. Can't Log In?
If you no longer have access to the app, forgot your login credentials, or are having trouble with the self-service buttons, our support team can handle it for you.
Simply send an email from the address associated with your account to support@honkmobile.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will securely wipe your data from our servers and send you a final confirmation.
⚠️ Important Notice: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is removed, all of your saved vehicles, preferred payment methods, and historical parking receipts will be completely erased from our active database.
