Creating a free HONK account takes less than two minutes and completely eliminates the need to stand in lines at parking meters or pay stations.
Step 1: Download the App or Visit the Web Portal
You can manage your parking from any device. Choose your preferred method below to get started:
🌐 Web App: Set up your profile instantly on using your devices browser via the HONK Web Portal.
🤖 Android Device: Download the official HonkMobile App on Google Play.
🍏 Apple iPhone: Download the official HonkMobile App on the App Store.
Step 2: Create Your Profile
Once you open the app or website, select "Sign Up" from the main page. You will only need to provide a few basic details:
A valid Email Address (where we will send your parking receipts).
A secure Password.
Your Mobile Phone Number (so we can send you text reminders before your parking expires!).
Step 3: Verify Your Account & Add Your Vehicle
To keep your account secure, a verification code will be sent to your mobile phone via text message.
Enter the code when prompted to activate your account.
Once verified, tap the Menu icon (☰) in the top left corner of your screen to fully customize your account profile.
From the menu, we recommend adding your details ahead of time so you can checkout with one tap when you arrive at a lot:
Add Vehicles: Select the Vehicles tab to save your license plate(s). You can add as many cars as you'd like!
Add Payment: Select the Payment tab to securely link your credit/debit card, PayPal, or enable mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
