Once you have downloaded the HONK Mobile App in the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store, or gone to the HONK Website you can create an account using your email address, a password, and your mobile phone number.
Once your account has been verified (via text), you can then enter your license plate and a payment option to make a purchase by tapping on the Menu in the top left corner (three lines) and selecting the appropriate tab to add information to your HONK account.
