Click this link to reset your password through the web app.
If you are not already logged out, please do so.
You can follow these steps below to do the process manually.
- On the login page, underneath the blue LOGIN button is a small link in grey that says 'forgot your password' and enter the email associated with your HONK account
- An email will be sent with a link to reset your password, where you enter the same new password twice
- Please wait ~10 minutes for the system to accept the changes made before you login again with the newly set info
- Check you junk/spam, the password reset email comes from noreply@honkmobile.com.
- Please ensure that if you are using a password manager, that are typing the password (or copying and pasting) into the password field. As you use the same login details for numerous sites all powered by HONK, the password manager can get confused when you make an update and revert to old passwords for fingerprint or faceID.
