To ensure your account updates correctly across all platforms, please follow the steps below to reset your credentials.
If you are currently signed in, please Log Out of the app or web browser before clicking the link.
Option 1: Quick Reset Link
Click here to Reset Your Password via Web.
Option 2: Manual Reset
Navigate to the Login page on the HONK app or website.
Tap the small grey 'Forgot your password?' link located directly above the LOG IN button.
Enter the email address associated with your HONK account.
Check your inbox for an email from noreply@honkmobile.com. (If it’s missing, please check your Junk/Spam folder).
Click the link in the email and enter your new password twice to confirm.

Requirements
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least three of the following:
- uppercase letter
- lowercase letter
- number
- special character
Ski Users with Password Managers
If you use a password manager (like iCloud Keychain, 1Password, or Google), we recommend manually typing or copying/pasting your new password when you log in.
Because you use the same login for multiple HONK-powered sites, password managers can sometimes get confused and revert to old passwords when using FaceID or TouchID.
