There are a few different reasons why HONK may have blocked your HONK Account and/or associated license plate from making future transactions:
- Your license plate was used in a fraudulent (chargeback) transaction. We have zero-tolerance for fraud.
- Your College/University has requested that it be blocked for outstanding fees etc.
- You have signed up with an incorrect email/phone number.
In the event that you are unable to make a transaction and your account advises that your email/license plate is blocked, please contact us by email at support@honkmobile.com and we will advise you of the reasoning that you have been blocked and we will also advise you how to move forward to have your account/license plate unblocked.
