Subscriptions for monthly parking are automatically billed and renewed at the end of the month for the following month.
Your card will be charged 2-3 days before the end of the month to avoid a lapse in service.
You can cancel at any time after you have paid for your final desired month, as cancelling your subscription does not issue a refund, and it does not affect the current month paid.
If you were charged for the month because you forgot to cancel, please connect with HONK support for a refund.
