We understand that plans can change, and you may have unused sessions remaining on your FlexPass. However, please note that HONK is not authorized to extend FlexPass expiry dates or provide partial refunds once a multipack has been partially redeemed.
A FlexPass allows you to purchase multiple daily sessions at a significantly reduced bulk rate. Because of this steep discount, the terms of use (including the expiry date) are set strictly by the parking operator.
Once the first session of a FlexPass is used, the bundle is considered active and cannot be modified, extended, or refunded through the HONK system.
If you have extenuating circumstances and require an exception, you must contact the Parking Operator directly. As the owners of the facility, they are the only ones with the authority to override expiry settings or authorize special refunds.
