Unfortunately, we cannot change or adjust anything on a session once it's been processed.
When you make a mistake, repay immediately for the correct zone/license plate/time duration, and then contact us by email at support@honkmobile.com to let us know. We will then refund you for the first session where you made the mistake.
Always double-check the signage at the lot indicating the zone ID, double-checking the details on the zone page in the app to ensure you are paying at the correct location.
