We’ve all been there—you hit pay and then realize you typed a '5' instead of an 'S' or chose the lot across the street by accident. While sessions cannot be edited once they are processed, we have a simple "Repay & Refund" process to get you squared away.
The Repay & Refund Steps
1. Correct it Immediately To avoid a ticket, the most important step is to make a new purchase right away with the correct details (Zone ID, License Plate, or Duration). Enforcement officers look for an exact match, so your second "correct" payment ensures you’re valid in their system.
2. Send Us the Details Once you have the correct session active, send an email to support@honkmobile.com.
3. We’ll Handle the Rest Our support team will verify the two transactions and issue a full refund for the original "mistake" session.
How to Avoid Future Oopsies
Signage is King: Always double-check the Zone ID on the physical signs in the lot before confirming your payment.
The "Summary" Screen: Before you swipe to pay, give the checkout page one final glance. We show you the Plate, Zone, and Time one last time to make sure everything looks perfect.
