Once a parking session is purchased, it is locked in for the full duration of the rate you selected. Think of it as a commitment to that space for that specific window of time. Because of how these rates are structured with the parking operators:
Sessions cannot be 'ended' early.
Rates are not adjustable once the transaction is complete.
Partial refunds are not issued for unused time.
If you aren’t quite sure how long your stay will be, we recommend the Start Small, Scale Up approach:
Purchase the minimum time you know you’ll need.
Top up as you go directly from your phone if you need to stay longer.
Get Notified: Always enter your phone number on the success page! We’ll send you a text when your time is running low so you can extend it in seconds.
We’ve all been there—accidentally buying a full day when you only needed an hour. If you’ve significantly overpaid, here is your quick fix:
Repurchase the correct hourly rate for the time you actually used.
Reach out to us with both invoice numbers.
We’ll handle the rest: We will issue a full refund for that original overpayment so you’re only paying for the time you actually stayed.
