When you park with HONK, your session is designed to be "set and forget." Here is everything you need to know about how sessions end and what to do if you make a mistake during checkout.
Every session ends automatically based on the duration or rate you selected at the time of purchase.
You do not need to manually "stop" your session in the app when you leave. You can simply drive away once you are finished.
Please note that HONK does not issue partial refunds for unused time. If you leave the lot before your session expires, the remaining time is non-refundable.
Since you can extend your parking at any time directly from your phone, we recommend starting with a short duration. If you find you need more time, you can add it with just a few taps rather than paying for a long block of time upfront!
The 10-Minute Window
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact HONK Support within 10 minutes of the session's start time.
