Every session ends automatically based on the rate/duration chosen at purchase.
You cannot end a session early on your end, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
You can just leave the parking location.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for unused time or if you leave your spot early.
You can extend at any time, so it's best to pay less and then add time as needed.
If you purchase a session and realize you chose the wrong rate, please repay immediately and then contact us by email at support@honkmobile.com to let us know. We will always refund any incorrect or duplicate session(s).
