Not sure if your session is active? Whether you used the HONK app or our guest checkout, there are several easy ways to verify your parking status.
Using the HONK App
If you are logged into your account, your session history is always at your fingertips:
Open the Menu: Tap the Menu (☰) icon in the top left corner.
View Sessions: Select "Parking Sessions" (or "Sessions").
Real-Time Status: Your most recent sessions will appear at the top. If a session is currently active, tap it to see your real-time countdown timer.
Using Express Checkout (Scan a QR Code)
If you paid by scanning a QR code without logging in:
Check Your Browser: Return to the tab on your mobile browser where you completed the payment. The success screen with the countdown timer will remain active there.
Duplicate Protection: If you try to pay for the same license plate in the same zone again, our system will alert you that a session is already active before it allows you to pay a second time.
