HONK Zones are either on-demand or reservations. Each Zone is clearly listed on the HONK App or HONK Website when purchasing your parking session.
An on-demand zone does allow pre-payment, however if you pre-pay this does not guarantee you a parking space. If you pre-pay for an on-demand zone, and arrive to no available spaces to park, we ask that you contact us by email at support@honkmobile.com within ~10 minutes of the session starting in order to request a refund.
We do suggest that you wait to purchase your parking session until you have arrived in your desired on-demand parking zone and have parked in an available space.
