If you paid for parking before in advance and then you arrived to find no spots available, please reach out to HONK support IMMEDIATELY (support@honkmobile.com) to let us know. We can often assist with a refund or direct you to the appropriate contact for a refund request.
If you end up paying at another location, please include the other receipt of purchase in your inquiry as that can help with your case for a refund.
Please note, we do not advise prepaying at an on-demand location as those locations are not reservable.
