If you have an older honk account with a previous email address and want to consolidate your history into your new primary account, we are happy to help! Whether you're looking for past receipts for taxes or just want your full parking history in one place, our support team can assist with the migration.
We can manually transfer the following types of purchases between your accounts:
Individual Purchases: Single sessions from your history.
Expired Long-Term Permits: Past weekly or monthly permits that are no longer active.
Express Checkout History: If you previously used our guest checkout and want those receipts linked to your full profile.
What We Cannot Move
Due to system security and payment processing constraints, there are a few items that cannot be transferred between accounts:
Active Subscriptions: These are tied to specific billing profiles and must stay on the original account until they expire or are cancelled.
Active FlexPasses: These unique bundles cannot be migrated once they have been activated on a specific account.
Promo Code Purchases: Sessions bought using a promotional discount are non-transferable.

f you created an account a long time ago with an email you no longer use, and have created a new account and want access to previous purchases from your older account, or possibly an express checkout account then please contact support here.
We can move individual purchases or past (expired) long term term purchases.
However we cannot transfer active subscriptions, purchases made with promo codes or FlexPasses between accounts unfortunately
