If you created an account a long time ago with an email you no longer use, and have created a new account and want access to previous purchases from your older account, or possibly an express checkout account then please contact support here.
We can move individual purchases or past (expired) long term term purchases.
However we cannot transfer active subscriptions, purchases made with promo codes or FlexPasses between accounts unfortunately
