All reservation locations through honk provide a unique barcode for entry and exit. This barcode is your digital key to the lot, and ensuring you have it ready will make your arrival seamless.
Where to Find Your Barcode
Your barcode is automatically included in the receipt emailed to you immediately after your transaction.
Mighty Tip: If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder, as receipts occasionally land there!
You can also access your barcode anytime directly through the honk app or website:
Log in to the HONK App or HONK Website.
Tap the Menu (☰) in the top left corner.
Select the 'Sessions' tab.
Your most recent reservation will be at the top—tap it to view your unique barcode.
Need to Resend Your Receipt?
If you need a fresh copy of your receipt and barcode sent to your email:
Tap the Menu (☰) and select 'Receipts'
Tap the specific session you need.
Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Resend to Email'
Important: Scanning In & Out
To ensure the gate recognizes your vehicle, you must scan your barcode upon arrival to be able to scan out when exiting. If you enter the zone without scanning in (for example, if the gate was already open), the system won't start your session, and the barcode will not work at the exit.
What to do if you missed the scan: Most reserved zones have on-site machines or meters. If you forgot to scan in or were required to pay a second time at the exit, please email us at support@honkmobile.com. Include both receipts, and we will be happy to assist you with a refund for your original honk transaction where applicable.
