All reservations require a barcode to enter and exit the parking zone. The barcode will be emailed to you at the time of your transaction, on the receipt. (Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder as sometimes the receipt will end up there).
You can also access your barcode at any time by following the directions below.
After logging into the HONK Mobile App or HONK Website https://parking.honkmobile.com/login
- Tap the Menu in the top left corner of the screen (three lines)
- Choose the 'SESSIONS' tab
- Sessions are listed from most recent to oldest purchase

Your unique barcode will be included in the reservation session you are seeking
You can also resend the email to yourself this way:
- Tap menu (top left corner of the screen)
- Choose the 'RECEIPTS' tab
- Tap on the session in question
- Scroll down and tap 'Resend to Email'
Please Note: Barcodes require you to scan in upon arrival in order to be able to scan out upon exiting. If you do not use the barcode that has been provided to scan in upon entering the reserved zone, you will not be able to use the barcode to scan out when you want to exit.
In this case, there are always machines/meters present as well in reserved zones. You would simply take a ticket when entering and use the ticket to pay upon exiting, instead of the barcode.
