Some reservation locations allow cancellations up until the reservations begins through the HONK app.
While other locations do not allow cancellations by the users themselves.
If you follow the directions below and can't cancel the reservation - please contact HONK support (support@honkmobile.com) for further assistance.
- Open app or login at https://parking.honkmobile.com/login
- Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top left corner
- Choose 'Parking Sessions' tab
- Choose the reservation you would like to cancel
- Choose the 'Cancel Reservation' hyperlink in pink
- Receive the refund receipt to confirm cancellation
