Plans changed? No problem! Most HONK reservations allow you to update your vehicle information at any time before the session start time.
Follow the directions below to make an adjustment.
- Open the app or login at https://parking.honkmobile.com/parking
- Tap the Menu (☰) in the top left corner
- Choose 'Parking Sessions' tab
- Tap the session to view the details
- Tap the 'Change Vehicle' option
For reservations at larger venues, stadiums, or fairgrounds, the entry process is often Barcode-Based.
If your reservation provides a QR code or barcode to be scanned at a gate or by an attendant, the license plate on file is typically not used for verification. In these cases, your barcode is your golden ticket!
Please note - On-demand location purchases are not reservations, even those purchased in advance and cannot be adjusted. If you need to update your plate for an on-demand session check out this article.
