We do not own, operate or manage the lots we partner with.
Therefore, we do not issue tickets, take payment for tickets, or have access to any information regarding the tickets that have been issued by the lot operators.
Please connect with the operator of the lot you received a ticket at through our Operator Contacts.
There is one exception and that is if you were issued a ticket with a QR code on it. Then you scan the QR code to pay, which is powered by HONK.
