HONK is a payment option only. We do not own, operate, manage, or enforce the physical parking lots we partner with. Because of this:
We do not issue citations: Tickets are issued by the local lot operator or city enforcement.
We do not have access to ticket records: We cannot see the details of a ticket issued to your vehicle or why it was given.
We cannot void or cancel tickets: Only the operator who issued the fine has the authority to review or waive it.

Tip: Before you appeal, double-check your receipt! Ensure the License Plate and Zone ID on your HONK session match your ticket exactly. Even a small typo (like a "0" instead of an "O") can prevent an enforcement officer from seeing your payment in their system.
