HONK has implemented increased security on the Reserve n Ski sites, that may request you verify if you are a human or not. This was applied to the site to ensure guests can't use scripts, apps or bots to increase their chances of obtaining reservations.
If you get stuck on this verification process we ask that you follow the troubleshooting steps below
1 - Use a robust browser: we suggest Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge (not Explorer) or Mozilla Firefox
2 - Disable your browser extensions: do not use or turn off your pop-up blockers or any other extension that may interfere with the reservation site
3 - Enable JavaScript: if you are unsure how to do this, you can google how to enable for your browser or connect with HONK support for further assistance
4 - Try Incognito or Private mode: depending on your browser is might be called something similar, but if you right click on the browser icon, you'll see the option to open the browser in private or incognito mode
5 - Try using another browser or device: sometimes your device needs to be updated or just doesn't have the capacity to support the reservation site software. Try a different device, or if you do not have a different device, try a new browser. Make sure both your browser and device are running current updated software
6 - Avoid VPNs or proxies: VPN's and work proxies or often interfere with the reservation site software. Turn them off or use a different device
7- Switch to a different network: If you are using wifi, try tethering your phones data or if you are on your phones data try using your home wifi. Work/business networks can also cause issues, so we recommend using a home wifi or your phones data connection
