We know mountain plans can change with the weather! To receive a full refund, please ensure your cancellation is completed by the cancellation cut off.
If you're within the cancellation period, you can process same day as reservation cancellations in a few clicks:
Visit the Reserve n Ski website and sign into your HONK Account.
Click on 'Manage Your Parking' to see your upcoming stays.
Choose the reservation you'd like to cancel.
Click 'Cancel Reservation' and confirm. You’ll receive a refund receipt immediately via email.
Note - You cannot cancel your reservation on the same day through the mobile app.
Once the cancellation period closes, the HONK system can no longer process a manual cancellation. You will need to reach out to the ski resort’s parking team directly for assistance:
