The pass is valid in the follow lots on campus.
Health Sciences, Fraser River, Rose Garden, North, West and Thunderbird parkades and Faculty/Staff (F/S) surface parking lots, identified with F/S signage at the entrance and/or inside the lot.
If your access is denied it means that you are using an account associated with an email that is not registered with UBC Parking Services.
Generally speaking, it's your UBC email account, but some customers have two UBC emails, or even have their personal email registered with Parking Services.
Please contact UBC directly to see which email you have registered with them to adjust your account accordingly to gain access.
Sometimes you have to ask them to add and remove you for it to function properly.
