The pass is valid in the follow lots on campus.
Health Sciences, Fraser River, Rose Garden, North, West and Thunderbird parkades and Faculty/Staff (F/S) surface parking lots, identified with F/S signage at the entrance and/or inside the lot.
If you’re unable to see or book in this specific UBC zone, it usually means there’s a mismatch between your HONK login email and the email address UBC Parking Services has authorized for this parking permit.
This zone requires a verification through UBC's partner system and the email on your HONK account must match the exact one registered in the UBC system—whether that's your primary campus email, a secondary alias, or a personal address.
To get your access sorted, please reach out to the UBC Parking team. They can confirm which email is linked to your parking profile and ensure you're properly synced to the authorized user list.
UBC Parking Services:
Once UBC confirms your registered email, simply log out of HONK and sign back in using that specific address. The restricted zone should "unlock" and allow purchases immediately!
Sometimes you have to ask them to add and remove you for it to function properly.
