Everyone loves a good deal! If you have a HONK promo code, you must apply it at checkout before you confirm your session and submit payment. Our system cannot retroactively apply discounts or issue partial refunds if a code was forgotten.
Here is exactly where to enter your code depending on how you are paying:
1. In the HONK Mobile App
On checkout screen, look right below your pricing information but just above your final total.
Tap the 'Add Promo' option.
Type in your code exactly as it appears and hit apply. You will see the total price drop instantly before you hit the final payment button!
2. Using Express Checkout (Web/QR Codes)
If you scanned a QR code on a parking sign and are paying through your mobile browser:
You can enter your promo code on the very same screen where you type in your license plate and select your parking duration.
Look for the Promo Code field, type it in, and ensure the discount registers before completing your purchase.
Make sure to tap 'Apply' to ensure the promo code
If you have already purchased a parking session and forgot to apply a promo code, please repurchase the session and enter the promo code.
Once you have repurchased, please contact us by email at support@honkmobile.com and we can issue a refund on your first transaction where the promo code was missed.
Because our payment system locks in transactions the moment they are processed, we can't apply codes retroactively to an existing charge. Following the "Repurchase" steps above is the fastest way to get your discount and keep your records squared away.
