Promo codes must be applied at checkout, prior to confirming your session and paying.
In the HONK Mobile App, Promo Codes can be entered by tapping the 'Add promo' option below the pricing information, but above the total. Once you have clicked on the 'promo code' option and entered the code, you can watch it apply before completing your purchase.
When using the Express Checkout or HONK Tap options, you can enter the promo code at check out on the same screen that allows you to enter your license plate and choose your rate.
Make sure to tap 'Apply' to ensure the promo code
If you have already purchased a parking session and forgot to apply a promo code, please repurchase the session and enter the promo code.
Once you have repurchased, please contact us by email at support@honkmobile.com and we can issue a refund on your first transaction where you did not enter the promo code.
