We’ve all been there! If you’re having a hard time getting into your HONK account, don’t worry—we’ll help you get back in. Here are the most common ways to fix login issues:
1. Reset Your Password 🔑
If you know your email but the password isn’t clicking, you can trigger a reset here: 👉 Reset Your Password (or tap Forgot Password in the app).
Mighty Tip: After you reset your password, please wait about 5 minutes before trying to log in again. This gives our system a moment to sync the change across all platforms!
2. "No Account Found" Errors
If the system says your email doesn't exist, one of two things usually happened:
A Tiny Typo: You might have signed up with a quick typo in your email address (like gmial.com instead of gmail.com).
Guest Checkout: You may have used our Guest Checkout via a QR code without actually creating a full account.
The Fix: Reach out to us at support@honkmobile.com. We can find your guest purchase and "upgrade" it to a full account for you, or fix that typo so you can get back in!
3. Did You Use Apple ID? 🍎
If you usually log in with one tap using your Apple ID, a standard password reset won't work because Apple manages those credentials.
