Please wait ~10 minutes after resetting your password for the changes to take effect in the system before logging in again.
If you made a purchase by scanning the QR code, and don't have an account but want to connect your guest checkout purchase to an account, contact support (support@honkmobile.com) and let them know. We can upgrade your guest checkout purchase, into an account.
If you try to reset your password and it says there is no account with this email - you may have signed up with a typo in your email and you can reach out to support for assistance.
Otherwise you have created an account with Apple ID as the login mechanism.
