Some locations offer a cheaper price for parking if you purchase in the early morning (usually before 9AM or earlier). If you happen to miss the early bird pricing there is no way to go back and pay retroactively at that rate.
If you pay for the wrong vehicle with early bird parking and then you realize after the early bird rate is over, please repurchase and let us know so we can refund the more expensive purchase while keeping your plate active and valid.
