If you need to add more time after scanning a QR code, you’ve got a few quick ways to do it:
Check your browser: If you still have that original payment tab open on your phone, you should see a pink 'Extend Session' link right there.
Use the notification/emailed receipt: If you entered your phone number or email, just tap the link in the expiry notice sent via sms or open your email to extend directly from your purchase receipt!
The HONK App: You can download the app and make a new purchase for that zone when your current session ends — you’ll find the zone number on your receipt.
Ask us: If you're stuck, just reply back to this email with your plate number or the zone you're in. I'll be happy to send that same direct link straight to you.
