If you need to add more time after scanning a QR code, you’ve got a few quick ways to do it:
Check your browser: If you still have that original payment tab open on your phone, you should see a pink 'Extend Session' link right there.
Use the notification: If you entered your phone number or email, just tap the link in the expiry notice we sent you.
The HONK App: You can download the app and make a new purchase for that zone when your current session ends — you’ll find the zone number on your receipt.
Ask us: If you're stuck, just reply back to this email with your plate number or the zone you're in. I'll be happy to send that same direct link straight to you.
