There could be any number of reasons why you may not have received a notification about your parking session expiring that are all out of HONK's control.
These reasons are not limited to;
- the user having their phone turned off
- the user not being within cell phone service range
- the phone number that is entered on the users account is incorrect etc.
- the user did not enter a phone number for notifications (if they scanned a QR code originally)
This notification is an 'extra feature' and we do suggest that you still keep track of your parking session(s) ending on your own and extend when required, in the event that you miss the notification.
