At HONK, we offer two ways to secure your parking, and understanding the difference ensures a stress-free arrival. Whether you're paying on the fly or planning a trip, here is how our zones work.
On-Demand Zones
Most HONK locations are On-Demand. While the app allows you to pay for these zones in advance, please note that this is a pre-payment, not a physical reservation of a stall.

How it works: Access is first-come, first-served. Pre-paying simply saves you time once you arrive.

The "No Spot" Guarantee: If you pre-pay and find the lot is full upon arrival, don't worry! Email us at support@honkmobile.com within the first 10 minutes of your session start time, and we will happily process a full refund.
Reservation Zones (Guaranteed Spots)
Locations specifically marked as Reservation are different. These lots are managed at the entry point to ensure that if you’ve paid, a space is waiting for you.

Access Control: These lots often feature gates or scanners.

Your Digital Key: When you book a reservation, a unique barcode is included in your emailed receipt and stored in the 'Sessions' tab of your HONK app.

Scan to Enter/Exit: Simply scan this barcode at the terminal to enter.
Important: You must scan in upon arrival to be able to scan out when you leave!
Mighty Tip: Not sure which one you’re looking at? Check the zone details in the app. If you see a barcode icon or a "Reservation" label, you’re looking at a guaranteed spot!
