Making Sure Location Services Are Turned On For Your Mobile Device

You can follow these steps to ensure Locations Services are turned on:

iPhone or iPad

1. Click on the 'settings' app on your mobile phone or tablet
2. Click on 'privacy'
3. Click on 'location services'

4. Toggle 'location services' to say that it's on

    

Android Devices

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Location.
3. Toggle the switch at the top to On.
4. Optional: Tap App permissions to control which apps can access your location.
5. Optional: For better accuracy, go to Advanced > Google Location Accuracy and turn on Improve Location Accuracy.
   Quick Method: Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings panel, then tap and hold the Location icon to toggle it.

• Select 'location' and toggle it to be 'while using'
