To make a card primary you can do so yourself by following the details below:
Login to the mobile app or through the web at https://parking.honkmobile.com/login
- Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top left of the screen.
- Select the 'Payment' bubble.
- To make a payment method 'Primary', tap the 'pencil icon' next to the card, then toggle the option to 'set as primary'.
- Press 'Save' to complete the process
