Below are our troubleshooting tips, hopefully something below will be able to assist you further.
Enter the information manually - do not use auto-fill.
Do not use a VPN or work proxy.
Only credit cards associated with a North American address will be accepted.
- Did you enter ALL payment details correctly, spaces are generally not accepted (except for postal code)
- Make sure your app/browser is up to date
- Try a different device or shut off your device and try again.
- Use Data vs. Wifi
- If you are using the app - please try uninstalling and re-installing
- Try adding a different card if applicable or contact your bank for further assistance
- Clear your browser Cache
Unfortunately we cannot force accept a payment option.
The system un-verifies you after too many failed card attempts for security purposes, and locks you out for 1 hour from your first failed attempt.
If you have tried adding a card and have been stuck in a verifying and un-verifying loop please let HONK support know - we may be able to assist.
However, some cards will never be accepted by our system (for reasons beyond our control).
