Several Reserve n Ski locations have requested that your account be verified by phone number.
Some tips - the phone number must be an actual phone number.
VoIP (Zoom, Skype, Open Phone and Google Voice) are not accepted by HONKs verification service, even if you use that to verify your banking or other apps.
If you receive a message stating 'Multiple Accounts Found' it means your phone number is associated with more than one account.
You can continue on choosing 'Yes, Verify Account' and the account you are using will be verified.
If you accidentally verify the wrong account and need further assistance, please let HONK support know.
If you have multiple phone numbers and have the wrong number verified on your account, you can update the phone number on your account through the Reserve n Ski site
- Tap the menu in the top right corner
- Choose profile
- Update the phone number as needed using +1 for North American phone number
- You will be prompted to re-verify with updated number
If you are having issues verifying through SMS please try WhatsApp or vice versa
