Cancellations must be completed prior to 9AM MT.
Please contact Park Alta directly if you miss the cancellation window: altaparking@interstateparking.com
Please follow the steps below to cancel:
- Go to the Parking Reservations website https://reserve.altaparking.com and log in to your HONK Account if needed
- Click on 'Manage Your Parking'
- Under Active Sessions, select the Reservation(s) that you would like to adjust the license plate
- Click on 'Cancel Reservation'
- Confirm the cancellation as you will receive a refund receipt.
