When you purchase a Weekly Session, it is registered to one (1) specific vehicle for the entire duration of the term. Because these sessions are offered at a discounted multi-day rate, they are "locked" to a single license plate to ensure compliance with lot operator policies.
Need to Make an Emergency Change?
We understand that emergencies happenāsuch as a vehicle breakdown or a sudden change to a rental car. If you absolutely must update the vehicle on your active Weekly Session:
Do Not Repay: Avoid purchasing a second weekly session until you speak with us.
Contact Support: Reach out to HONK Support directly.
Provide Proof: Include your current Session Invoice or Plate and the new License Plate information. Our team will review your request and, if approved, can manually update the vehicle in our system for you.
