Unfortunately, HONK is a mobile payment option only. We do not own, operate, manage, or enforce the parking of the lots that we partner with for payment.
Each parking zone offered through HONK is operated by a separate company. You would have to contact the operator of the zone directly regarding any issues with the parking meters or lot issues.
