If it's within the first 30 minutes of your purchase, you can use the 'Change Vehicle' button in your active session in the mobile app. When you click it, you’ll be prompted to repay for the correct vehicle, and a refund for the initial, incorrect purchase will be automatically issued.
If you paid through guest checkout (scanning a QR code onsite) please repay through the same method you paid originally and contact HONK support (support@honkmobile.com) for a refund of the initial session.
