Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank/credit statement, as per standard credit card processing times.
HONK will issue a refund for any incorrect or duplicate transactions once you repurchase. We will also issue a refund if you would like to cancel a parking session prior to the start of the session, or up to ~10 minutes of the session start time (unless stated otherwise by the operator - example: Alta, Breck Park or Diamond Parking Seattle to name a few).
