At HONK, we aim to make the refund process as straightforward as possible. Depending on the type of parking you've purchased, there are specific windows of time where our team can assist you directly.
On-Demand & Daily Sessions
For standard hourly or daily parking, refund requests must be submitted to HONK Support within 10 minutes of the session's start time.
Monthly Permits
3-Day Grace Period: If you have purchased a monthly permit and need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 3 business days of the permit's start date.
Requests Outside These Windows
If your request falls outside the 10-minute window (for daily sessions) or the 3-day window (for monthly permits), HONK is no longer authorized to issue a refund. At that stage, the funds have been transferred to the parking provider. To seek an exception, you must contact the Lot Operator directly. You can find their contact information on your HONK receipt or on the physical signage located at the lot.
