The zone 5675 is the AC Lot at UBC. This location has a maximum of 2 hours through the HONK app.
This maximum is placed on the zone and once you pay for 2 hours you will not be able to purchase more time. We understand this location is close to a Hospital and that many users park here not knowing they will be more than 2 hours and then run into the issue where they can't purchase more time.
Unfortunately the only solution in that situation, aside from moving your vehicle, is to contact UBC directly as they operate the location and enforce onsite.
