They operate the parking onsite and have the final say on cancellations outside of the set parameters.
Please follow the steps below to cancel.
You cannot cancel your reservation on the same day through the mobile app.
- Go to the Parking Reservations website https://reserve.altaparking.com and log in to your HONK Account if needed
- Click on 'Manage Your Parking'
- Under Active Sessions, select the Reservation(s) that you would like to cancel
- Click on 'Cancel Reservation'
- Confirm the cancellation as you will receive a refund receipt.
