We know it’s frustrating to see a lot with open spaces that shows as "Sold Out" in the app.
At this location, the owners set aside a specific amount of Reserved Inventory to ensure that their Monthly Permit holders always have a spot available when they arrive.
When the app says a zone is full, it means the maximum number of daily passes has been reached.
Those empty spots you see are likely reserved for permit holders who haven't arrived yet. We don't over-sell the lot because we want every HONK user to have a guaranteed experience.
If your preferred zone is currently at capacity, we recommend contacting the Operator.
