Step 1: Apply through Middlesex Centre First, you'll need to submit a request on the municipality's website to verify your eligibility. Each property owner is entitled to up to two free digital passes.
- You can fill out the application form here: Middlesex Centre Parking Pass Form
-
Tip: You will need your property roll number (found on your property tax statement) and a valid email address for each pass you are requesting.
Step 2: Wait for Approval Once you submit your application, municipal staff will review your information to confirm your property ownership.
Step 3: Claim your pass via HONK Once your application is approved by the municipality, you will receive an email directly from HONK to claim your pass.
- Open the email from HONK and click the link to redeem your permit.
- You will be prompted to log in or create a free HONK account to proceed.
- Once logged in, enter your license plate number.
- After completing these steps, your digital pass is instantly active for one year! You will be able to see and manage your active permit anytime directly within your HONK account. There is no physical tag or mirror hanger to display.
If you've already filled out the municipality's form and are just waiting on your HONK email, please remember to check your spam/junk folders just in case.
If you have any questions about the HONK account creation process or need to update your license plate later, just let me know. If you have questions regarding your property roll number or eligibility, please contact Middlesex Centre directly using the info below:
